15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and well drained
1 Tbsp. PO chipotle olive oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. coriander
½ tsp. seat salt
Notes
- Preheat Oven to 400°F
- On a baking sheet, toss chickpeas with PO harissa olive oil, cumin, coriander and sea salt
- Roast until crunchy, stirring halfway through cooking (about 35 minutes)
