Ingredients

1/3 cup Pour Olive Traditional 18yr Aged balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Pour Olive Ultra Premium extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp honey (Cloister brand honey is excellent)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl or ziploc bag.
  2. Add the meat to the marinade. Allow to soak for at least 2 hours in the cooler, up to over night.
  3. Reserve the meat, discard your marinade, and continue to cook your meat as planned.

Notes

So simple and healthy yet incredibly flavorful. Change it up to suit your needs. Use tarragon instead of rosemary or use an Herbs de Provence mixture. Use a fruity or zesty balsamic to create a variety of flavor combos.

This produces enough marinade to soak 20 oz, or 1lb 4 oz, of meat cuts
